Several things have been removed throughout. Sometimes a full page is removed, sometimes only a portion is cut out. I believe it may have been a mail in order form or something similar, which would make sense why they are all missing. It can be hang up or the back folds out to sit on a desk. It measures about 8 3 8" by 71 8"
